Personality:

- Strong-willed: Donna does what she believes she should do, and once she has that in her head, it can be hard to reason with her. An example of this was when she fell in love with another Titan (Garth), and wouldn't listen to her friends when they advised her to be with him. Actually, instead of facing her feelings, she decided to leave town. Her decision to go back to Themyscira ended in Garth chasing after her and being shot by Deathstroke. She blames herself, saying he wouldn't have died if she hadn't tried to leave. To a certain extent, it's true; she cared about him and just convinced herself that it wouldn't work.

- Emotionally evasive: She's not completely emotionally unavailable, but she refused to admit her feelings for Garth, saying that they only worked well together when they were younger. It took him going after her for Donna to admit that she loved him, but then it was too late. For a character who is constantly offering advice to others and trying to encourage them to use healthy ways to deal with their feelings, her own instincts to guard herself from romantic ties make her a bit of a hypocrite.

- Unfiltered honesty: Donna tells it like it is. She calls Dick on his mistakes, reminds him of what they've been through, and points out that bringing back the Titans might not have been the best idea. When they're in serious danger, she's able to grasp the severity of the situation quickly; it's not comforting, but it's honest. She's also perceptive and offers her opinion and advice where she thinks it might help, but sometimes its unwanted.

- Caring: Donna was raised by Diana Prince. She tells Dick that when Diana took her in, she showed her how to fill the hole that tragedy left in her life with "love and family". As a result, Donna is one of the more level-headed and well-adjusted Titans. She cares about people and wants to do good. She's fighting to protect people and to make the world safer. Her death is really Donna sacrificing herself - she puts herself in danger to give everyone else time to get to safety.

- Brave: It takes an almost foolish level of bravery to be a Titan. Donna puts her life at risk because she knows she's able to look out for people in a way most others can't. After the Titans went their separate ways, she returned to help them try to defeat Dr. Light, and stayed beyond that to deal with Deathstroke and to help free Gar and Connor from Cadmus' control.

Powers and Abilities: Donna is part human, part Amazon. As a result, she has several powers:
- Superhuman strength: Held up a transmission tower for several seconds to protect people (ended up dying from electrocution), can rip doors off of cars, etc.
- Superhuman durability: Survived a fight with Deathstroke but took some significant blows (and only survived because he decided not to kill her), was able to fight Conner and take his hits. However, it is shown that she is vulnerable to blades/bullets piercing her skin. She's durable, but not invincible.
- Superhuman speed: Quick reflexes, able to run at a speed that appears blurred in the series.
- Superhuman agility: Jumped over a truck just to remind Dick that she's a badass.
- Long lifespan: Though does it really count if she's coming from a post-death canon point? In theory, she could live for a long time. In reality, she probably dies before she hits thirty.
- Lasso: Like Wonder Woman, Donna has and is skilled in using her lasso. She's able to use it to restrain people, send items through the air, help her in combat, etc. She can also use the truth coils in it to compel others to tell the truth (this isn't used casually or often).
Inventory: She's wearing her Wonder Girl suit, please let her have her lasso, her camera, and a photo she has from Garth's birthday with several Titans in it.
